![]() Thank you for sharing your thoughts with The New York Times community. danielpquinn684 | Newark, NJ Has anyone else noticed the thin eggshells ? The shells were always more sturdy years ago and wouldn’t break while taking an egg out of the box. A colleague informed me that farmers once fed chicks egg shells mixed with their feed. Now it is all grow and kill, no respect for the life or nutrition process. The photo alone details this mass murder. I would also suggest that chicken wing fans, have recalibrated what they’re eating as tasty on a mass produced basis. This mania needs reckoning as well.
