Societal responsibility exists be it PPE, SNAP, or Social Security. All needed programs for a safety net from FDR until today not a scam.
It is unacceptable that ill-informed voters conflated “socialism” as an evil. They make the difference between life and death for us as well as themselves.
This campaign came about when 100 Blog letters were published by The New York Times. We are up to 172 as of today. Working with colleagues at Fractured Atlas we had to meet their standard and are now up to now for $6,410 toward our $10,000 mark. Some months nothing comes in but work continues as best we can.
Hundreds of people follow our community outreach, but we have not heard from many of you. So far in 2020 we have 27 donations from $20- $1,500 in support.
Antonio Masini exhibit at Madison Arts Center; Lincoln at Kearny Library; Sophocles’ THE WOMEN OF TRACHIS; SACCO+VANZETTI (1920-2020), + Teddy Roosevelt postponed for 2021.
Would you consider $20, $50 or $172 ?
Several extraordinary friends have committed to a monthly gift. Others have given 2 or 3 times this year in crucial and unexpected support. Please help us meet our $10,000 or even surpass it with Fractured Atlas.
